About Me
I am a Nutritional Consultant, having studied both through City and Guilds and BSYA. To compliment and work with my Nutrition Qualifications I hold the City and Guilds Professional Cook's Certificate, which includes the Principles of Advanced Culinary Techniques and the Practices of Advanced Culinary Techniques. I like to share my knowledge through talks and cookery demonstrations, hopefully you managed to get to the world famous Ludlow Food Festival and join me in a hands-on Mediterranean Masterclass which ran through the Friday of the event.
All my experience and qualifications compliment each other and enable me to provide a holistic picture and sound advice about how Good Food and Nutrition really do form the foundations of a healthy diet. Couple my qualifications with my passion for Good Food, locally sourced where possible, and that is the basis on which I have spent many years creating a repertoire of recipes which I readily share. You too can share some of them by checking out the Recipes for the month page.
I judged for Heart of England [ HEFF] Diamond Food awards, a priviledge and honour to be able to influence and support local producers to show case their products. It was a very serious event but most enjoyable, knowing that by the end of Spring I was able to influence who had the accolade of receiving a Diamond Food Award to reflect their hard work and passion for their own product.

I have appeared on various Radio Stations, both local Radio and the BBC. I was invited to be the guest on the Food Programme on BBC Radio Shropshire a few times when I lived in that area, which was really enjoyable. It's a great medium to talk all things food.
